Election of board members

 

Two members of the board were co-opted during the last year, and now stand for election to your Board of Directors.

Andrew Jackson

 

Andrew Jackson is the Interim Chief Credit Officer at Nationwide Building Society. He has worked at Nationwide in various risk management leadership roles for the last 10 years and before that held similar roles at Santander and Standard Chartered Bank for 10 years.

 

Andrew offers his credit risk experience to help us manage our loan portfolio, now over £1 million, which is critical to our future success.

Anton Rowe

 

Anton Rowe is recently retired, having been a commercial finance leader with a broad range of experience in financial planning, strategic planning and performance analysis.

 

He will help us improve our planning and business monitoring processes.

Election of a Supervisory Committee member

Mark Steele

 

Currently Chief Risk Officer for Simplyhealth, Mark has over twenty years of experience in various risk management leadership roles working for banks, building societies, insurers and regulatory authorities.

Mark brings a wealth of risk experience, across a range of risk specialities: financial risk, compliance, operational risk, credit risk and financial crime to his role as a member of the Supervisory Committee, to help steer the credit union to future success.

 

He will help us improve our planning and business monitoring processes.
