COVID-19

In light of the ongoing situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Wiltshire and Swindon Credit Union made the decision to temporarily close our office to the public with effect from 17/03/20. This decision has been taken in order to limit the potential impact which this virus may have in the local community and to protect our members, staff and volunteers.

We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, but we believe that it is appropriate in light of the current situation and in the best interest of the communities which we serve.

We would like to reassure all our members that we are still here to help and you will be able to access services in the following ways during the temporary closure:
– Submit withdrawal requests and account queries via email: via office@wascu.co.uk
– Speak to a member of staff: call 01793 522216 between 09.30 – 17.00, Monday to Friday
– Use our Members’ Area to see your accounts, apply for loans, change your details and send secure messages. Access the Area by clicking on ‘Login to Members’ Area’ on the website.

Please be aware that whilst we will try our best to keep all our services running as normal, (particularly priorities, such as savings withdrawals) there may be some unavoidable delays if staff are unable to get in to the office. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this causes.

We will continue to monitor the current position and updates will be made available on our website and social media channels as appropriate. We hope to re-open the office to visitors soon.
